If you are looking for access to our team of dietitians to guide you through the recovery process in addition to our library of resources and community interaction, SILVER will be most helpful for you.  If you are looking for a more passive experience with minimal support and interaction from our team, then the BRONZE level may be best.

No, the NourishRX PATH for Eating Disorder Recovery should not replace professional treatment. As a member, you can use our platform in combination with your treatment team or program—whether you’re working with a member of our NourishRX team, or elsewhere. This program will supply you with the support, confidence, information, tools, and community you need to help you recover.

That's fantastic! Working with a team of providers is one of the first steps in the PATH and we are thrilled to hear that you already have this in place! The PATH is meant to compliment the work that you are already doing with your treatment team. 

That's great! We designed the PATH to meet you where ever you're at - whether it's day 1 or day 1000. We know that recovery is far from linear, and our program is designed to be used and re-used as you hone in on your needs. The community welcomes individuals in recovery at any stage and if you're further along in your journey, you likely will have a valuable perspective to share with individuals newer to treatment. 

Not necessarily! While receiving a diagnosis may be a part of your treatment process, you don't need one in order to join the PATH. The line between eating disorder and disordered eating is a thin one and even if you don't have a formal eating disorder diagnosis, the content and guidance within the PATH can help anyone struggling with anxiety and fear of food.

The PATH membership is available for anyone 13 and older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you. must receive parental permission in order to create an account and use the PATH website.
