Yes—only our team and active members have access to it. It is a safe community made up of other folks just like you. That being said, this is not a HIPPA compliant platform and we’re not prescribing any medical nutrition advice. (Think informative, educational, and supportive.) Additionally, you certainly don’t have to connect with anyone in the community and there’s no personal information that’s being distributed. It’s up to you to create your own avatar/profile with whatever you feel comfortable including and sharing.
Is this covered by insurance?
This course is not covered by insurance. However, HSA and FSA funds may be used to cover the cost.
How do I cancel?
We are sorry to see you go! Subscription payments can be cancelled or paused at anytime by navigating to your account settings, then to billing settings. Your account will deactivate upon the next billing cycle. Please note that subscriptions are billed out in 3-month increments. We do not offer refunds for previously purchased products.
